Application Engineer (or Trainee)- Responsible for learning and performing mechanical, electrical, and electronic procedures to manufacture, calibrate, repair, and test IRD equipment, both in the field and in the plant. Will also be responsible for proactive sales and customer service activities within a designated territory, globally. AS degree in an engineering discipline required; BS in an engineering discipline preferred. (Position currently based in Louisville)

Director of Global Sales- Primary responsibility is to develop and implement strategies to capture and expand global sales according to IRD’s short and long range goals and objectives. Must have extensive experience in both international sales and sales through distributors. Bachelor’s degree required. MBA preferred. Bilingual helpful. (Full Time Position in Louisville)
