IRD UK Ltd launches new COVER PLAN service package ( 1 September 2004 ) :

IRD UK has launched a new comprehensive service and customer care package for its UK customers. The service, COVER PLAN, offers a comprehensive and cost effective package to provide service, calibration and support for all IRD balancing machines and instruments with the goal of ensuring proper operation and a long reliable service life of the equipment.  

IRD UK will schedule and carry out routine maintenance and calibration visits and will provide priority response to emergency requests in the event of machine breakdown or equipment requiring repair. As part or our service we provide operator training and assist with application specific support.

Charges are fixed for the duration of the contract and COVER PLAN will be automatically renewed on each anniversary of the start date in order to ensure continuity of service.
