Announces New 206 Vibration Meter (05 July 2005):
IRD
has launched a new Vibration meter, the Model 206. The 206 Vibration Meter is a
hand held, battery powered vibration meter available in either metric or imperial
versions. The meter is capable of measuring the amplitude of vibration and
displaying the result in units of Velocity (mm/s or in/s) or Acceleration (g
peak). The unit is supplied in a protective carrying pouch and includes an
accelerometer, extension probe and 1.2 meter connecting cable. The vibration
meter is powered by an internal 9 Volt battery.
The
Model 206 is rugged and easy to use. It is ideally suited to workshop and remote
site use.
